  21. In <44575@mindlink.bc.ca>, Ken Carpenter asked about the Transport Library 
  22. Interface.  I recommend the book "UNIX Network Programming" by W. Richard 
  23. Stevens, Prentice-Hall publishers.  It is a very lucid exposition on network 
  24. programming, including Berkeley sockets and TLI (with the emphasis on 
  25. sockets).  The TLI calls are similar enough in functionality to the socket 
  26. calls that the book should be a great help to you.  I would recommend it to 
  27. any network (esp. TCP/IP) programmer.

  46. Are there any method/program/file/whatever to resolve the country from internet-addresses?
  47. This applies to both servers, e.g winftp.cica.indiana.edu, where edu=USA/Canada(?),
  48. and individuals, e.g eivindh@met.sintef.no, where no=Norway.
